You'll arrive at camp, then your instructor will go through what you're going to be cooking that day.
Next, you will walk to a local business or garden and learn about food related to what you'll be making that day.
After returning from your expedition, your group will prep, cook and eat lunch.
Then you'll cook a second recipe that probably has something to do with the first, whether it's from the same country, uses the same techniques or would be eaten during the same time of day.
You'll help clean up from the day's cooking.
You'll leave camp with a full belly and some goodies to share at home.
